During your comprehensive exam, we will perform a refraction to determine your prescription for glasses or contact lenses. We will assess your binocular vision and check your ocular health for any diseases of the eyes.  By looking at the eyes, we can also detect certain systemic conditions as well.


Adults between the ages of 19 to 64 are recommended to have their eyes examined every 1-2 years.  Even if you don't require a vision correction, your ocular health is still our main priority.
